Rachel Kemp - Principal
Established The Pink Academy over ten years ago, developing the school to its current size of over 200 pupils. Rachel's love of dance started at the age of four, later developing it into a career after qualifying from London Studio Centre. She has working in various roles as a dancer / singer overseas, before returning to the UK to perform at Saddlers Wells. After a time of working as a choreographer, Rachel was inspired to go into teaching and after completing her qualifications, started The Pink Academy. |

Kelle Dingley - Associate Teacher
After obtaining many examinations with IDTA Kelle is now a fully qualified teacher in freestyle dance along with a BTEC national diploma in dance, she has performed at a wide variety of theatres some include Beck, Watersmeet, Compass, along with EuroDisney this year. |

Fiona Springer - Vocal Coach
After obtaining a distinction for a BTEC National Diploma in Performing arts Fiona is now training at the prestigious Vocal Tech school in West London to obtain her degree in popular music in May 2007. Fiona has sung professionally for various bands along with performing live at the Hilton Hotel. |

Siobhan Sebastian - Student Teacher
Through my years of dance training to date I have obtained IDTA exams in many styles of dance along with my student IDTA freetyle and have performed many times at the Beck Theatre. I am currently in training to become a fully qualified teacher in Freestyle & Tap. |

Marlena Harris - Street Instructor
From an early age Marlena has had a firm interest in the performing arts: attending Italia Conti Drama School and being a member of East Berkshire Dance Group. Marlena went on to complete a BTEC in dance, 3 years training at WAC Arts College as well as undertaking various other training. Marlena has completed IDTA teacher training and is currently studying for other IDTA qualifications. |

Cover Teacher
Orlla has worked on various productions, including some at Notting Hill Carnival, London Arena and Wembley Arena. She has choreographed for UK & US gospel artists and performed as a backing dancer a the Royal Albert Hall. She has a full certification in Choreography and is working towards further teaching qualifications. |
